For example, we might uncover what you really want to be doing in life but aren’t, because you’re not sure you “can” or “should.”  


Perhaps we’ll talk about relationships and see that what’s happening on the outside is a giant mirror for what’s going on inside you.  


Maybe we’ll end up talking about the brick wall of resistance you’ve been feeling recently and discover what lies on the other side is... your true purpose.

So why do I do this?


Well, there are two reasons…  


First of all - this is my JAM. I know only too well what it feels like to feel trapped in your body, not feeling the way you want and CONSTANTLY being bombarded by conflicting information about what and how to eat… 

So you remain confused and cycling through the same patterns over and over again – never breaking free into a life of FREEDOM you actually want.  

I’ve been there girlfriend. And I know how to break the spell. So in a nutshell, this is my FAVORITE conversation in the whole world to have with people, and I’d do it all day long if I could.  


The second reason I do these calls is simply because this is how I attract my best clients.  

The reason for that is simple - some people are so blown away at the clarity they receive in that hour that they ask to become a client.

But here's the thing – this is NOT for everybody.


As I get a lot of interest in this offer, I sadly can’t help everyone, because there’s only one of me and and only so much time.

What I do is NOT about dieting, or just dropping weight, it’s just a welcome side effect. 

I help women who have already tried every fad & diet club under the sun and they GET that while they might create a temporary drop on the scales… if they’re not an integrated, effortless part of your LIFESTYLE… it doesn’t work. 

So if you’re DONE with buying new apps, programs, diet cults, getting personal trainers, new workout gear, new kitchen gadgets, books and STILL not cracking the code to why you’re STILL not living in a body you love AND MAINTAINING IT - Let’s talk. 

 


2: You must be coachable and open to new ideas.  

Sounds simple enough but if you suffer from PTFD ( "Point the finger disorder” where you point to outside factors for your current circumstances) then I can’t help. 

If you’re looking for me to give you a magical meal plan, pill, potion or to turn your life around in 1hr - neither I nor anyone else can help right now, so let’s spare us both the drama, huh?

If however you’re ready to get REAL with yourself, take 100% responsibility for how you eat, drink, think and move and get that in order to get different results you’re going to have to do something different - then let’s talk.
